3. Flexibility
The injection valve and blocking valve of the puncture device should open and close flexibly, without any blockage or jamming.
4. Collaboration performance
4.1 The fit between the puncture tube and the puncture cone should be good, and there should be no jamming during interaction.
4.2 The clearance between the puncture sleeve and the puncture cone should not exceed 0.3mm.
4.3 When the puncture sleeve is matched with the puncture cone, the tip of the puncture cone must be completely exposed.
5. Sealing and gas barrier properties
5.1 The injection valve and sealing cap of the puncture device should have good sealing performance, and there should be no obvious leakage when subjected to 4KPa air pressure.
5.2 The air blocking valve of the puncture device should have good sealing performance, and the number of bubbles emitted per minute should be less than 20 when subjected to a pressure of 4KPa.
6. Gas injection valve interface
The injection valve should be equipped with a Luer locking connector, in accordance with the provisions of GB/T1962.2.
