Disposable Skin Stapler

Structure and Composition

A disposable skin stapler consists of a suture nail and a body. The device body consists of a shell, firing handle, push block, spring, nail forming part, nail pressing plate, spring clip, and nail compartment.

Product Performance

1. Appearance

1.1 The sterile packaging of the stapler should be intact, and the adhesive sealing area should have no channels or perforations.

1.2 The appearance of the stapler and nail remover should be flat and smooth, with clear contours, and free from defects such as burrs, sharp edges, scratches, and cracks.

1.3 The surface of the stapler should have clear handwriting and markings, correct labeling, and no defects such as misalignment or skewness.

1.4 The bonding (or welding) of the stapler housing should be firm, without cracks or obvious accumulations.

1.5 The head of the suture nail should be sharp, the surface of the suture nail should be smooth, and there should be no defects such as burrs or dents.

2. Size

The basic dimensions of the stapler should comply with the provisions of Table 2:

3. Aseptic

The product should be sterile.

Scope of Application

This product is suitable for suturing the surface skin of wounds and surgical incisions.
